Using Dynamic QR Codes for Real Estate
The world of real estate changes fast! Property details, prices, and who to contact can change from one day to the next. Dynamic QR codes give real estate agents and companies a great way to share the very latest information and easily connect with people looking to buy or rent.
Key Benefits & Use Cases for Real Estate:
1. Property Info That's Always Up-to-Date
Feature: Dynamic Links
"For Sale" signs, flyers, and printed ads can easily have old or wrong information if a property's status or price changes.
- Benefit: Put a dynamic QR code on your signs or ads. If a house goes from "For Sale" to "Sale Pending," or if the price changes, just update the information linked to the QR code in our system. That same QR code will instantly show the latest details. This stops people from asking about properties with outdated info and makes sure they always have the correct details.
2. Easy and Always-Correct Agent Contact
Feature: Dynamic Contact (vCard, Email, SMS, Phone), Dynamic Links
Make sure people interested in a property can always reach the right agent, even if that agent's contact details change or more than one agent is working on the sale.
- Benefit: An agent can put a dynamic QR code on their business cards or property flyers that acts like a digital business card. If their phone number or email changes, they update it once in our system, and the QR code still works with the new info. For specific properties, a QR code can link to a page with the main agent's contact details. If who's in charge of the property changes, the QR code can be updated to point to the new agent, making it easy for buyers to get in touch.
3. See Which Properties and Ads Get Attention
Features: Scan Analytics, Campaign Analytics, Campaign Grouping
Find out which properties people are most interested in, which agents are getting more scans, and which of your ads are working best.
- Benefit:
- Check Property Interest: Use different QR codes on "For Sale" signs for different houses. By seeing how many times each QR code is scanned, you can tell which houses are getting the most attention from people nearby.
- See Which Ads Work: If you advertise houses in local newspapers, online, and with flyers, use a different QR code for each type of ad (even if they all link to the same online listing). Group these QR codes into a "campaign" for that property to see which ad type gets the most views.
- Track Agent Activity: If a few agents are selling the same property, or if you're a manager at a real estate office, give each agent a unique QR code (that links to the same property details). Group these QR codes under one campaign for that property. This lets you see which agent's QR code is getting more scans, giving you an idea of how their advertising efforts are doing.
4. Make It Easy for People to Take the Next Step
Feature: Dynamic Links (linking to forms, calendars), Dynamic Contact (Phone, SMS)
Help interested people act fast by making it simple for them to do things like schedule a visit.
- Benefit: A QR code on a property flyer could link straight to a form to "Book a Viewing," an agent's online calendar to pick a time, or start a text message or phone call to the agent. This makes it easier for people to act when they're interested, turning curious lookers into serious leads more quickly.
