Campaigns Guide

Campaigns help you organize multiple QR Codes into one clear reporting group.

What Campaigns are for

  • Group related QR codes (for an event, location, product launch, etc.)
  • See campaign-level scan trends
  • Compare top locations and top QR codes inside a campaign
  • Build a branded gateway page for consistent presentation

Create a Campaign

  1. Open Campaigns > Create Campaign
  2. Add a campaign name and optional description
  3. Save
  4. Connect QR codes to this campaign from QR settings

Branding and builder tools

You can launch the Campaign Builder to change:

  • Logo and logo size
  • Background image (light and dark versions)
  • Color variables for text, overlays, and loader
  • Font family, size, and weight for title/subtitle

Analytics available

  • Scan history over selected dates
  • Top scan locations
  • Top QR codes inside the campaign

Practical tips

  • Use one campaign per marketing objective to simplify reporting.
  • Name campaigns with date + channel (example: “2026-02 Spring Posters”).
  • Reuse campaigns for recurring channels if you want long-term trend tracking.
  • Use builder branding so every scan experience looks consistent.
