Campaigns Guide
Campaigns help you organize multiple QR Codes into one clear reporting group.
What Campaigns are for
- Group related QR codes (for an event, location, product launch, etc.)
- See campaign-level scan trends
- Compare top locations and top QR codes inside a campaign
- Build a branded gateway page for consistent presentation
Create a Campaign
- Open Campaigns > Create Campaign
- Add a campaign name and optional description
- Save
- Connect QR codes to this campaign from QR settings
Branding and builder tools
You can launch the Campaign Builder to change:
- Logo and logo size
- Background image (light and dark versions)
- Color variables for text, overlays, and loader
- Font family, size, and weight for title/subtitle
Analytics available
- Scan history over selected dates
- Top scan locations
- Top QR codes inside the campaign
Practical tips
- Use one campaign per marketing objective to simplify reporting.
- Name campaigns with date + channel (example: “2026-02 Spring Posters”).
- Reuse campaigns for recurring channels if you want long-term trend tracking.
- Use builder branding so every scan experience looks consistent.
