Getting Started

If you feel overwhelmed by new software, this page is for you.

What this platform does

Scanheim helps you:

  1. Create QR Codes people can scan.
  2. Group those QR Codes into Campaigns for better reporting.
  3. Build simple Microsites (mini web pages) for links and content.
  4. Work with others using Teams and role-based access.

Recommended first setup (about 10 minutes)

  1. Create one QR Code with a basic website link.
  2. Test scan on your phone and confirm it opens the right page.
  3. Download PNG so you have a ready-to-use file.
  4. Then explore Campaigns and Microsites when you are comfortable.
  5. Invite one teammate only after your first QR flow is working.
